Lucas Terra started Skills Renovation to do one thing well: remodel kitchens, bathrooms, and decks for MetroWest homeowners without the runaround. He keeps the team small on purpose. When you hire Skills Renovation, you get Lucas, not whoever happens to show up.

We are licensed and insured in Massachusetts (CSL CS-119782, HIC 207906). Every project is permitted, inspected, and done to code. That is not a selling point, it is just how the work gets done.
